1) Ensure that appropriate space is available in the Operating system.
2) Regular proactive purging of Log files as per the CUSTOMER Security Policy. The frequency as well as the files to be purged has to be recommended by the Customer Security
3) Implement Proactive patch upgrades, if any, recommendation from RHEL
4) Performance monitoring as per the mutually agreed metrics between Customer and HP using the tool made available by Customer.
5) End to end coordination with the Red hat, HP backend & Customer teams for the proactive patches/OS patches/upgrades, Firmware updates, Installation/reinstallation, configuration/reconfiguration, corrective & preventive maintenance as per the terms Mentioned in the SLA.
6) Proper follow-up for Incident/Change management as per the defined policy by CUSTOMER
7) Common /Advanced Administrator task related to the server specified.
8) Proactive reporting of Operating System incidents open beyond the timelines defined by CUSTOMER as Per the priority and the impact .
9) Monitor the Operating system logs for any errors in the operating system and escalate Accordingly. The reporting from the tool provided by CUSTOMER hasto be tuned by the tool owner as Per recommendation by HP team.
10) Needful Handover & Takeover of shift switching.
11) Working experience on Red hat cluster Suite -Pacemaker, RHEV 12ldap., NFS, user management, permission, Automation with Ansible skill
12) Work with Red Hat GSS and execute tasks as suggested by TSE.
