Job Description
: 2+ years Linux Admin (L1 Support)/Linux Technical Support Analyst) with excellent communication skills required . Same L1 profile - either Redhat certification or From technical call center background. Positions : 4 Roles & Responsibilities for system profiles (1-3 years of experience) . Monitoring Customer events board 24.7 . Acknowledge new events and perform correct categorization of issue. . Create Incident based on the Severity / Impact of the issue . Notification of the Incident to the customer via Email or Phone . Good understanding of UNIX architecture (Solaris, Linux...) . Understanding of terminal services such as SSH, Telnet. . Proven Oral and Written communication skills . Certification: ITIL / Redhat
