xc3xbc Providing Resolution and further support to Customers on their Queries
and issues
xc3xbc Responsible for successful handling of customers over chat/email/calls.
xc3xbc Educating Customers to ensure comfort in usage of Product/Utilities
Duties and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will involve,
xc2xb7 Resolving all types of customer queries / issues
xc2xb7 Understanding & responding to customer queries / issues over phone
or chat / ticketing system
xc2xb7 Provide product trainings / demos to the customers
xc2xb7 Setup necessary configurations for our clients so that they use our
product.
xc2xb7 Analyze and identify process changes or product automations /
enhancements required & suggest if any.
xc2xb7 Monitor internal alerts and raise alarm for critical issues.
xc2xb7 Be available at flexible shift timings for best customer experience
xc2xb7 Helping 1 st level team members for faster and efficient resolution of
queries/issues.
xc2xb7 Anticipating the future problems based on existing problems and
getting it fixed permanently.
xc2xb7 Identifying and implementing technical ways to reduce manual
