Job Description

Required:
Hands on experience on DNS management, TCP/IP and Domain Registration, VPS (Must) o Experience in Domain Management, Web Hosting, and/or ISP industry strongly preferred. o Must have experience on Linux systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email and authentication administration o DNS Troubleshooting experience preferred. o Troubleshooting skills with email programs and various browsers preferred. o Responsible for day to day operations and administration on network & security infrastructure, VPS Setup for development team/client. o Technical troubleshooting will include issues with VPS, POP3, FTP, Web Servers and DNS. o Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary o Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention o Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps o Install, Configure and maintain security solutions, network hardware, including firewall and intrusion detection systems.
