The LinkedIn Professional will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's presence across LinkedIn platforms, including corporate and business pages. The role focuses on strategic content management, engagement building, networking, and lead generation to strengthen digital reputation and business visibility in the global jewellery/diamond industry.
The incumbent will act as the digital voice of the brand on LinkedIn, ensuring premium communication, professional outreach, and alignment with marketing and business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Page & Profile Management
Manage and maintain all official LinkedIn pages and associated business verticals.
Ensure timely posting, consistent brand tone, and professional representation.
Update page information, product portfolios, and milestones as required.
2. Content Planning & Publishing
Plan and execute monthly content calendars with marketing, design, and content teams.
Draft and post engaging updates, articles, and business stories.
Prepare posts for achievements, trade shows, product launches, CSR efforts, and employee highlights.
Manage posting schedule, hashtags, and audience targeting.
3. Lead Generation & Business Networking
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Run targeted outreach and InMail campaigns for lead generation.
Build and expand relevant professional networks.
Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for lead conversions.
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor engagement, impressions, clicks, and follower growth.
Prepare monthly performance reports.
Suggest data-driven improvements for better reach and engagement.
5. Brand Communication & Engagement
Engage with industry posts, comments, and discussions for visibility.
Manage greetings, festive messages, and milestone acknowledgments.
Ensure all communication reflects a premium, professional brand tone.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of experience managing corporate LinkedIn/B2B social media pages, preferably in luxury, jewellery, diamond, export, or similar industries.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics tools, and CRM integration.
Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead-generation strategies.
