Key Responsibilities:



Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn page and employee advocacy efforts. Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals. Write, curate, and schedule engaging posts, articles, polls, and company updates. Monitor trends, hashtags, and LinkedIn algorithm updates to improve content performance. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful connections. Track and report on LinkedIn metrics (impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing/design/content teams for creatives and campaigns. Optimize company page SEO, profile description, banners, and featured sections. Identify and connect with key influencers, industry pages, and relevant groups. Support HR and employer branding efforts by promoting culture, hiring posts, and milestones.

Requirements:



Proven experience managing professional LinkedIn pages or campaigns. Excellent written communication and content creation skills. Understanding of LinkedIn analytics, tools, and content best practices. Creative mindset with a good eye for design and branding (basic Canva skills a plus). Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or LinkedIn Scheduler is preferred.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
