Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
Manage the company's LinkedIn page and support personal branding of key leadership profiles.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts including text, images, carousels, videos, and polls.
Write compelling copy for company updates, product launches, employee spotlights, and industry insights.
Monitor LinkedIn analytics to track engagement, reach, and conversions; adjust strategies accordingly.
Run targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns (sponsored posts, lead generation forms, etc.) if required.
Identify trends, hashtags, and opportunities for community building and brand visibility.
Engage with relevant industry pages, groups, and comments to build a strong network.
Coordinate with design, sales, and HR teams for campaign input and alignment.
Track competitors and benchmark performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with B2B or tech companies.
Proven knowledge of LinkedIn's platform, content trends, and analytics tools.
Strong written English communication and copywriting skills.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools (preferred).
Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager (optional but a plus).
