Key Responsibilities:



Generate new business opportunities through

Upwork bidding

,

cold calling

,

email outreach

, and

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

. Handle end-to-end

client communication and coordination

to convert leads into successful deals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Identify trends and customer needs to create short and long-term business development plans. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills:



Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

. Strong experience in

client handling

and maintaining client relationships. Hands-on experience with

Upwork bidding

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

. Comfortable with

cold calling

and lead generation via digital channels. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
