We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who knows how to turn LinkedIn into a client acquisition machine. Your job is to build targeted connections, send personalized messages, manage conversations, book calls, and move prospects smoothly through the sales pipeline.
If you understand LinkedIn deeply, can start meaningful conversations, and know how to convert cold prospects into warm leads, this role is for you.
ResponsibilitiesDaily Outreach and Lead Generation
Identify ideal prospects based on niche, geography, industry, and buyer intent.
Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages.
Maintain daily outreach consistency as per KPIs.
Track responses and move leads into nurturing flows.
Messaging and Nurturing
Write simple, persuasive LinkedIn messages.
Handle replies, objections, and follow ups.
Build trust and move conversations toward booking calls.
Profile and Network Growth
Help optimize LinkedIn profiles for better visibility.
Engage with target audience content to boost reach.
Maintain constant inbound and outbound engagement.
CRM and Reporting
Update leads, conversations, and booked calls in CRM.
Prepare weekly outreach reports.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead quality.
Market Research
Research decision makers, companies, and industries.
Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes.
Identify patterns that improve outreach performance.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 3 years of LinkedIn outreach or lead generation experience.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to understand ICPs, buyer personas, and pain points.
Comfortable handling large volumes of daily messages.
Knowledge of LinkedIn filters and Sales Navigator is an added advantage.
Strong follow up and conversation management skills.
Must be comfortable with Work From Office.
Must be from Tricity or willing to relocate.
