We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven LinkedIn Marketing professional to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance brand visibility. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Key Responsibilities LinkedIn Marketing
Developing and executing comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Managing LinkedIn organic posts, community engagement, and paid ad campaigns.
Targeting and segmenting audiences to maximize reach and lead conversion.
Creating and curating relevant content that resonates with LinkedIn's professional audience.
Collaborating with sales and other marketing teams to align campaigns for demand generation.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign metrics and ROI to inform future strategy.
Staying updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, advertising features, and best practices.
Utilizing LinkedIn tools such as LinkedIn Ads Manager, Sales Navigator, and analytics platforms effectively.
Optimizing the LinkedIn company page and employee advocacy programs to increase visibility.
Building brand positioning and thought leadership through targeted LinkedIn activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development .
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-changing market environments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
