KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LinkedIn Profile & Page Management
Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn business page to maximize visibility, engagement, and follower growth
Oversee and manage LinkedIn profiles for key executives including CEO, CMO, and CCO
Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and professional presentation across all profiles
Regularly update profiles with relevant achievements, thought leadership content, and industry insights
Monitor profile analytics and implement strategies to improve reach and engagement
LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Lead Generation
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and target high-value prospects in the UK food chain industry
Build and maintain targeted lead lists using Sales Navigator's advanced search filters and saved searches
Leverage Sales Navigator insights to personalize outreach and engagement strategies
Monitor lead and account updates through Sales Navigator alerts to identify engagement opportunities
Execute strategic outreach campaigns through LinkedIn messaging and InMail
Connect with potential clients, franchisees, suppliers, partners, and industry decision-makers
Qualify leads and coordinate seamless handoffs to the sales team
Track lead engagement and manage prospect relationships through Sales Navigator CRM integration
Implement and optimize lead nurturing sequences for maximum conversion
Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy aligned with business objectives and Sales Navigator insights
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality posts, articles, and multimedia content for company page and executive profiles
Write engaging copy that resonates with the UK food chain industry audience
Develop thought leadership content positioning executives as industry experts
Create content that attracts and engages prospects identified through Sales Navigator
Create content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
Design or coordinate visual content (graphics, videos, infographics) to enhance engagement
Engagement & Relationship Building
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage inbox communications
Monitor and engage with prospects' activities identified through Sales Navigator
Build and nurture relationships with prospects through personalized, value-driven engagement
Monitor industry conversations and engage in relevant discussions
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and thought leaders
Participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and communities
Foster meaningful connections that drive brand awareness and business opportunities
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor LinkedIn analytics for company page and executive profiles
Analyze Sales Navigator performance metrics including InMail response rates, lead acceptance rates, and prospect engagement
Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, lead generation, conversions, and pipeline value
Prepare monthly reports on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator performance with actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing on content, outreach strategies, and InMail messaging
Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator strategies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
4-6 years of proven experience managing LinkedIn for business growth with hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Demonstrated track record of generating qualified B2B leads using Sales Navigator's advanced prospecting tools
Strong understanding of Sales Navigator features including Lead Builder, Account Hub, saved searches, and CRM sync
Experience in the food industry, hospitality, or franchising sector is highly preferred
Portfolio of successfully managed LinkedIn profiles, pages, and Sales Navigator campaigns
Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory requirement)
Deep knowledge of LinkedIn platform, features, algorithms, and best practices
Experience with Sales Navigator integrations with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Proven ability to build targeted prospect lists and execute outreach campaigns through Sales Navigator
Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for advertising
Strong understanding of LinkedIn content optimization and engagement strategies
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
Proficiency in LinkedIn analytics and reporting tools
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Familiarity with lead tracking and pipeline management
