We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
LinkedIn Lead Generator
to join our sales and marketing team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging with qualified prospects through LinkedIn and related tools to build a high-quality lead pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and connect with target prospects
Send personalized connection requests and cold messages
Build and update a structured lead database
Coordinate with the sales team to fine-tune outreach strategies
Track communications and conversions using CRM tools
Research industries, job titles, and company profiles to generate lead lists
Provide weekly performance reports (e.g., connection rate, reply rate)
Stay current with LinkedIn trends and lead generation best practices
Required Skills:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation
Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Strong written communication skills for outreach and follow-ups
Ability to research and segment audiences effectively
Experience with tools like
Waalaxy, PhantomBuster, Expandi
is a plus
Multitasking capability to manage multiple outreach threads
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking data
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
