We're looking for a LinkedIn Expert who can build brand authority, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads through smart LinkedIn strategies.
Role Overview
The LinkedIn Expert will be responsible for developing and executing LinkedIn growth and engagement strategies for both brand and personal profiles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in optimizing LinkedIn content, managing organic and paid campaigns, and leveraging LinkedIn analytics for measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and leads.
Manage and optimize both company and personal LinkedIn profiles (founders, CXOs, and key leaders).
Create and manage a content calendar with engaging posts, carousels, and articles aligned to brand tone.
Identify and connect with relevant audiences, communities, and industry leaders to build networks.
Run and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor analytics, generate monthly performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
Collaborate with the content, design, and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, ad formats, and content best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, preferably in a digital or B2B-focused agency.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategies, personal branding, and audience building.
Experience running LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Posts, Lead Gen Forms, InMail, etc.).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills for B2B or thought-leadership content.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in LinkedIn Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and automation tools is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience working with founders, consultants, or CEOs on personal branding.
Knowledge of lead-generation funnels and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPL, and engagement rate.
