About the Role



We are looking for a LinkedIn Demand Generation Specialist to lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization focused on generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on -- capable of building audience pipelines, optimizing campaign performance, and integrating LinkedIn efforts with our broader marketing and sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute LinkedIn demand generation campaigns to drive SQLs, pipeline growth, and brand visibility. Build and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Conversation Ads, etc.) with performance tracking and A/B testing. Identify, segment, and target ICPs using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance -- CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, and ROI. Optimize campaigns based on data insights and coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment. Manage and maintain LinkedIn retargeting and remarketing audiences. Coordinate UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, ad formats, and targeting best practices. Experiment with new campaign types, automation tools, and LinkedIn-native lead forms.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience (3+ years) in LinkedIn B2B lead generation or paid marketing. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and Analytics. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads optimization, audience segmentation, and funnel-based targeting. Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IT, or outsourcing services marketing preferred. Analytical mindset with comfort in tools like GA4, HubSpot, or Power BI. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused.
