We process multilingual audio (Hindi, English, Hinglish) and serve businesses looking to transform their call data into measurable results.
We're looking for a LinkedIn & Content Marketing Specialist to drive our digital presence, grow organic traffic, and establish CallOptix as a recognized voice in the call analytics and sales enablement space.
What You'll Do
LinkedIn Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy for the company page and founder profiles
Create engaging content across formats: text posts, carousels, polls, documents, and short videos
Build founder personal brands through ghostwriting and content collaboration
Drive engagement through community interaction, comments, and relationship building
Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
Content Marketing
Write SEO-optimized blog articles targeting relevant industry keywords
Develop case studies, customer success stories, and product-focused content
Create thought leadership content that positions CallOptix as an industry expert
Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats for different channels
Multi-Channel Brand Building
Establish and maintain presence on platforms like YouTube, Quora, Medium, G2, and Capterra
Create short-form video content (product tips, industry insights, explainers)
Execute guest posting and podcast outreach to build authority and backlinks
Manage online reputation through review collection and profile optimization
Design & Visual Content
Design graphics, carousels, infographics, and social media visuals using Canva or similar tools
Create YouTube thumbnails, blog featured images, and branded templates
Maintain visual consistency across all content and platforms
Analytics & Optimization
Track content performance across channels (traffic, engagement, rankings)
Provide insights and recommendations based on data
Research competitors, industry trends, and keyword opportunities
Continuously refine content strategy based on what's working
What We're Looking For
Required:
Experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing
Demonstrated ability to create LinkedIn content that drives engagement
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.)
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred:
Experience in B2B or SaaS content marketing
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva Video, or similar)
Familiarity with Quora, Medium, or community platforms
Understanding of call centers, sales operations, or customer service industry
Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console
