Paid Ads Specialist - LinkedIn, Meta & Google (3+ Years Experience)

We're looking for a data-driven

Paid Ads Specialist

with

minimum 3 years of hands-on experience

in managing and optimizing campaigns across

LinkedIn Ads (must), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads

. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-focused, and well-versed in crafting targeted campaigns that drive results.

ey Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns

for B2B lead generation and brand awareness. Run and manage advertising campaigns across

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads

platforms. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve ROI. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals. Generate performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and new advertising features.

Requirements:

Mandatory: At least 3 years of experience in managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management. Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and performance metrics. Strong skills in audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking. Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and ad pixel setup across platforms. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Strong communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have:

Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing). Experience with B2B or SaaS ad campaigns. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
