We are looking for someone who can drive high-quality backlinks, online visibility, and authority through structured outreach and digital engagement. This role requires hands-on execution, consistent follow-ups, and a strong understanding of what makes a backlink valuable, not just volume.
Key Responsibilities
Backlink Acquisition: Identify, prioritize, and secure relevant, high-authority backlinks from credible websites, directories, and digital communities.
Content Promotion & Distribution: Share content, lead magnets, and resources across forums, niche communities, and third-party platforms to increase reach.
Influencer & Publisher Outreach: Build relationships with bloggers, niche site owners, journalists, editors, and influencers for link placements and collaborations.
Community Engagement: Participate in industry discussions, Q&A platforms, and relevant groups to improve brand awareness and organic mentions.
Competitor & Opportunity Research: Identify backlink gaps, trends, and unclaimed mentions to expand the link profile continuously.
Performance Monitoring: Track backlink quality, domain authority improvements, rankings, and outreach performance using SEO tools. Report insights and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Experience with link building, off-page SEO, and outreach workflows.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Strong written communication and persistence in outreach follow-ups.
Ability to evaluate backlink quality (DA/DR relevance, spam score, link context).
Experience working with influencers, publications, or online communities is a plus.
Basic understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO practices.
