The Role We are seeking an aggressive and analytical Performance Marketer to own the marketing and sales function for our brands. You will be the architect of our topline growth. This is not a passive role; you will be responsible for "winning us sales" every single day. Your "bread and butter" will be Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns that convert browsers into buyers, directly impacting our revenue and bottom line. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management & Strategy- Own the Ad Accounts: End-to-end management of paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube). - Strategy to Sales: Develop full-funnel strategies that don't just generate clicks, but drive tangible e-commerce sales and revenue. - Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). 2. Optimization & Growth- Topline Growth: Take direct responsibility for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Creative Direction: Collaborate with the design team (or create briefs) to produce high-performing ad creatives. You must understand what stops the scroll and what makes a user click "Buy." What We Are Looking For Experience:- 2-5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, specifically for E-commerce or D2C brands. - Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You should know the difference between a vanity metric and a sales metric. - You are obsessed with ROI: You take ownership of the sales number and treat the ad budget as if it were your own money. - Analytical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and e-commerce - dashboards. - Copy & Creative Eye: Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide creative direction for high-conversion assets. - Bonus Points: Experience with Amazon Ads / Marketplace optimization.
