Factory Line Supervisor location at Trichy - Musiri

Job Summary

:
The Line Supervisor is responsible for managing daily activities on the sewing line to ensure production targets are achieved with quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and control sewing line operations. Ensure daily production targets are met. Allocate tasks to tailors/machine operators as per skill and operation. Monitor production flow and balance the line as required. Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage. Coordinate with Quality Checkers for in-line inspections. Solve technical issues and guide operators to improve performance. Minimize downtime and improve line efficiency. Train workers on new styles or machinery. Report daily production, rework, and rejection to management. Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Skills & Requirements

:

Minimum 3+ years experience in garment sewing line supervision. Knowledge of garment construction and machine operations. Strong communication and team management skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Understanding of quality standards and production KPIs.
