Plan and control daily line production as per style, SAM, and target.
Allocate operators based on skill matrix and balance the line to avoid bottlenecks.
Ensure correct machine setup, attachments, guides, and line layout before start.
Monitor hourly production and take immediate corrective action for shortfall.
Control quality at source; identify defects and ensure root-cause correction.
Reduce rework, alteration, and rejection through operator training and supervision.
Manage absenteeism, replacement, and leave planning to avoid line loss.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and 5S standards on the line.
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, IE, and Cutting for smooth workflow.
Train operators on new styles, operations, and productivity improvement.
Maintain line reports: production, efficiency, defects, downtime, and manpower.
