Position Overview:

The Line Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production line activities at the perfume manufacturing plant. The role ensures smooth workflow, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations on the production line. Ensure production targets are met as per plan. Monitor workers' performance and ensure proper allocation of manpower. Check the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Maintain hygiene and safety standards on the production floor. Coordinate with store, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth operations. Ensure timely reporting of issues, breakdowns, or delays. Maintain daily production records and update reports as required. Train new workers/staff on basic processes and SOPs. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Skills Required:

Good communication and leadership skills. Basic understanding of production or manufacturing operations. Ability to manage manpower and resolve workflow issues. Attention to detail and quality awareness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

Work location: Bhayla Plant, Ahmedabad - 382220 Full-time, on-site role Flexible to work in shifts (if required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
