1 Supervise and manage the day-to-day Pre-Delivery Inspection activities.
2 Ensure all inspections are carried out as per company and manufacturer guidelines
3 Assign tasks and monitor progress of inspector
4 Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure proper documentation of issues.
5 Maintain PDI checklists and inspection reports.
6 Guide and train inspection team members on PDI processes and quality standards.
7 Liaise with Logistics teams to plan inspection schedules.
8 Report recurring defects or quality issues to the Quality Control/Production team.
9 Maintain accurate records of inspections and delivery timelines.12Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PDI performance reports.13Suggest improvements to streamline PDI processes and reduce delivery delays.14Implement best practices to improve customer satisfaction and reduce after-sales complaints.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile or related field.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Pre-Delivery Inspection or Quality Control (preferably in automotive or machinery industry).SkillsStrong technical knowledge of drawing and customer reuirementsGood leadership and team management skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Basic computer skills (MS excel)
