Roles & Responsibilities
Perform 100% in-line inspection at assigned sewing operations.
Ensure garment construction matches approved sample, tech pack, and buyer standards.
Identify and stop defects such as stitching faults, measurements issues, and fabric damage.
Check measurements during production as per tolerance limits.
Verify correct attachment of collar, cuff, rib, placket, and trims.
Prevent defective pieces from moving to the next operation.
Give immediate corrective feedback to operators and line supervisors.
Escalate repeated quality issues to QA Supervisor without delay.
Approve first piece and support proper line setting.
Maintain in-line quality reports and defect records.
Monitor defect trends and highlight problem operations.
Ensure compliance with quality SOPs, 5S, and safety rules.
Hold or reject production if quality standards are not met.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
