Job Summary

We are hiring a

Line / Process Quality Control Engineer

to monitor and control quality at the production line and process level. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet defined quality standards through regular inspections, process audits, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor quality at the production line and process stages Conduct in-process inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards Identify process deviations and take immediate corrective actions Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement CAPA Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and control documents Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve process quality Ensure implementation of SOPs, control plans, and work instructions Support internal audits and assist in external/customer audits Reduce rejection, rework, and process variation through continuous improvement Train operators on quality requirements and inspection methods

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant technical field 4-5 years of experience as a Line or Process Quality Engineer in manufacturing Strong knowledge of in-process quality control and inspection methods Hands-on experience with quality tools (7 QC tools, SPC, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis) Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and control plans Good communication and coordination skills
