Job Summary

We are hiring a

Line Operator

with at least

1 year of experience

in the food, FMCG, or biscuit manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring the production/packing line, ensuring smooth operations, quality output, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production / packing line machines Ensure smooth running of the line with minimum downtime Follow production targets as per shift plan Maintain product quality, packing, and labeling standards Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP norms Report machine issues or abnormalities to the supervisor Maintain daily production and line records Assist in line changeovers and basic troubleshooting Follow safety rules and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year experience

as Line Operator in food/FMCG/biscuit industry Basic knowledge of production or packing line operations Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work in shifts Team player with discipline and responsibility Willingness to learn and follow SOPs
