We are hiring a skilled and dedicated

Line Man

for our garments production unit. The Line Man will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations on the sewing line, maintaining production flow, and ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage stitching line operations. Allocate work to operators based on style and production targets. Monitor production quality and solve issues during production. Coordinate with quality and production teams for smooth workflow. Train and guide new operators as needed. Maintain discipline and ensure safety standards are followed. Submit daily production reports to the supervisor/production manager.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass 2+ years of experience in garment manufacturing (preferred) Good understanding of stitching operations and garment construction Leadership ability with strong coordination skills Ability to meet production targets under pressure

Salary:

?15,000 to ?25,000 per month

(Based on experience and skills)
