About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Line Leader

to oversee and manage the production lines for

diapers, sanitary napkins, and adult care products

. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in machine troubleshooting, production planning, and team coordination within a similar or service-based industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, monitor, and manage day-to-day production line operations. Ensure targeted output, quality standards, and efficiency levels are met. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

Glue applicators

Servo systems

(Mitsubishi / Allen Bradley / Siemens)

Pneumatic systems

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain documentation related to production performance, downtime, and corrective actions. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes. Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and company policies. Train, guide, and supervise line operators and technical staff.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of

glue applicator troubleshooting

. Proficiency in

servo systems troubleshooting

(Mitsubishi, AB, Siemens). Solid understanding of

pneumatic systems

and mechanical components. Ability to analyse machine performance and identify root causes of issues. Hands-on experience with production line control, monitoring, and execution.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem?solving ability. Leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and coordination. Structured planning and time?management ability.

Experience

Minimum

5 years

in a similar role, preferably in

hygiene product manufacturing

(diapers, sanitary napkins, adult care) or related service industry.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
