Line Incharge Paint Shop & Lab
A purpose driven role for you
Ensure defect free processes/production in the Frame Plant (Paint Shop) through evaluation & improvement of product & process quality and adherence to Quality Assurance System, to achieve zero customer complaints and zero rejection (rework and scrap). To ensure zero non-compliance to CTQ & CTS Parameters.
A Day in the life
Ensure manufacturing of high quality products to ensure compliance with global standards

• Analysis of internal failures (rework, rejection, MI/FI defects) and external failures (market issues, warranty)
• Identify/execute improvement projects
• Periodic review of projects & KPIs.

Plan and Lead Quality improvement activities and Initiatives impacting 'Build Up Quality'.

• Identify and audit Critical to Quality Stages.
• New Paint Testing & Paint Application Quality Assurance on line
• Implementation of QM Matrix of CTQ Machine.
• Effective Functioning of CTQ Machines.
• Analyse deviations, identify/execute improvement projects & periodic reviews

Support in building a flexible production system designed to ensure smooth mass production, pre-empt losses, and defect free launch/ramp-up of new models.
Academic Qualification & Experience
Diploma in Paint Technology
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Paint Testing in automobile, auto components, Paint manufacturing units.
