Job Summary



We are seeking a hardworking and passionate

Commi 3 Chef / Line Cook

to assist in daily kitchen operations. The role involves food preparation, cooking assistance, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards as per the organization's SOPs.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in preparation and cooking of food items as per recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items Follow food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines Assist in stock handling and minimizing food wastage Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of dishes Follow kitchen SOPs and safety standards

Skills & Requirements



Basic knowledge of kitchen operations Ability to work in fast-paced environments Willingness to learn and take instructions Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work in shifts, including weekends

Qualification



10th / 12th Pass Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (preferred)

Preferred Candidate



Experience in Continental / Indian / Multi-cuisine kitchens Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or cloud kitchens
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
