Work on the continental cooking line during service.
Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and plating items.
Ensure high standards of taste and hygiene.
Maintain storage, labeling, and FIFO systems.
Assist in menu preparation and kitchen operations.
Eligibility:
1+ year experience in Continental/Multicuisine kitchen.
Knowledge of grills, saute, pasta, sandwiches preferred.
Should be reliable and hardworking.
