We are currently looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team in India (Kerala and Bangalore). Job Responsibilities: 1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality of food. 2. Station Management: Manage a specific station in the kitchen, such as grill, saut\xc3\xa9, or prep, and ensure that all items are prepared according to the menu and customer specifications. 3. Ingredient Handling: Properly handle, store, and rotate food ingredients to maintain freshness and safety standards. 4. Quality Control: Maintain food quality, presentation, and taste by regularly tasting and inspecting dishes before serving. 5. Timing and Efficiency: Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of orders, collaborating with other kitchen staff for a smooth operation. 6. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment. 7. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicate any ingredient shortages or quality issues to the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef. 8. Adherence to Standards: Adhere to Just Loaf\xe2\x80\x99s cooking methods, portion sizes, and quality standards to consistently meet customer expectations. 9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff members, including chefs, sous chefs, and prep cooks, to ensure a harmonious and efficient kitchen operation. 10.
