We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Line Chef to join our kitchen team. The Line Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's standards while maintaining hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items under the guidance of the Head/Chef de Partie.
Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation meet standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Assist in stock management and inform seniors about shortages.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
