Job Title: Lighting Techno-Commercial Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lighting Techno-Commercial Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and commercial expertise to clients, developing and implementing lighting solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise

1. Provide technical guidance and support to clients on lighting solutions, including LED lighting, energy efficiency, and smart lighting.

2. Conduct site assessments, audits, and energy analysis to identify opportunities for lighting upgrades and energy savings.

3. Design and develop lighting solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Commercial Expertise

1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, RFPs, and partnerships.

Solution Development

1. Develop and propose lighting solutions that meet client needs, including energy-efficient lighting, smart lighting, and lighting controls.

2. Conduct financial analysis and ROI calculations to demonstrate the benefits of lighting upgrades.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and product development teams.

Client Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

2. Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

3. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.

Experience

1. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in lighting design, sales, or consulting, preferably in a technical and commercial role.

2. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing lighting solutions and driving business growth.

Skills

1. Strong technical knowledge of lighting solutions, including LED lighting, energy efficiency, and smart lighting.

2. Excellent commercial and business development skills, including sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial analysis and ROI calculations.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications

1. Lighting design or energy efficiency certification (e.g., LEED AP, Lighting Designer Certification).

Software Skills

1. Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., Dialux, Relux) and energy analysis tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
