Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lift Technician to handle installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of elevators/lifts in Chennai and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to work independently at sites.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and servicing of elevators/lifts Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs Ensure lifts operate safely and efficiently as per standards Attend emergency breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly Inspect lift components such as motors, control panels, doors, and safety devices Maintain service records, checklists, and reports Coordinate with clients and internal teams for service schedules Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all sites

Requirements

5-10 years of experience as a Lift Technician Strong knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems Experience in maintenance and breakdown handling Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings Willingness to travel to client locations Physically fit and comfortable working at heights Basic documentation and reporting skills ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field preferred
