Lift Structural Designer / Elevator Design Engineer

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 Years in lift/elevator structural design
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare structural designs and detailed drawings for lift shafts, machine rooms, and support structures.
Work on AutoCAD/ SolidWorks/ Revit for lift layout and structural designs.
Coordinate with mechanical & electrical teams to integrate structural requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, IS codes, and elevator industry norms.
Prepare load calculations, structural stability checks, and material requirements.
Collaborate with site teams for installation feasibility and provide technical support.
Review client/site requirements and customize structural designs accordingly.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software.
Strong knowledge of load-bearing structures, shaft dimensions, and lift standards.
Prior experience in lift/elevator industry is
mandatory
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of IS/EN standards for lifts.
Experience in 2D/3D modeling.
Problem-solving and design optimization ability.
