Job Summary

At SKA Group, the Lift Operator will be responsible for the safe and smooth operation of elevators across our residential projects. The role ensures convenience for residents and visitors, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the lift areas.

Key Responsibilities

Operate elevators safely and efficiently for residents, visitors, and staff.

Greet and assist residents courteously while operating the lift.

Ensure lifts are not overloaded and adhere to capacity guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness inside the lift and surrounding lobby areas.

Immediately report any technical issues, breakdowns, or unusual noises to the maintenance team.

Assist elderly, children, and differently-abled residents while using the lift.

Follow all safety and security protocols of SKA Group residential complexes.

Support the facility management team in smooth day-to-day building operations.

Requirements

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience as a lift operator in residential or commercial facilities preferred.

Basic understanding of lift safety guidelines and emergency procedures.

Good communication skills, polite behavior, and customer service orientation.

Physically fit and attentive to safety details.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
