Job Description

We are looking for lift technician (Erection) for 3 to 4 years experienced on MR, MRL and Hydraulic Lift, Manual gate, Swing door and Auto door 3+ Years experience in Elevator problem solving skills, Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Parts, Controllers, Door drivers, wiring etc. Installation: Install, assemble, and test elevators as per manufacturer\'s guidelines Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough testing and inspection of newly installed equipment to verify proper functionality and identify any defects or issues that need to be addressed. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues related to elevator systems during installation or maintenance. Component Alignment: Align and adjust elevator components, including rails, guide shoes, counterweights, doors, and control systems, to ensure smooth and precise movement. Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of elevators into the overall building design and construction. Customer Interaction: Communicate with building owners, managers, and occupants to address concerns, provide updates, and offer maintenance advice. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on elevators to extend their lifespan and prevent operational issues.
