JD for Benefits Export Manager

:

Interface Analyst develops interfaces for transforming files for internal stake holders and Client/Carriers for all export and import related activities. The role involves working with the stakeholders like Project managers, Configuration Analysts and Benefit Export Manager (Across Operations and Implementation) for Interface Development and configuration needs to ensure all carrier integration requirement of the clients are met.

Responsibilities:Developing interfaces for transforming files based on the requirements

• Updating the existing interfaces with the new modifications and
• Troubleshooting interfaces for defects
• Initial testing of the output file is done and sent to stakeholders
• Review the service requests in the queue and get the missing data.
• Validate the files and work with Configuration Analyst for modification of rules.
• Upon final approval of carrier files/report, move integrations to Production.
• WorkingDeveloping payroll interfaces for Enterprise/HWSE/Vantage clients.

• Ability to liaise between vendors, product teams, and Operations to provide expert guidance and assistance regarding carrier integrations
• Customer-facing implementation and support experience in an operational environment preferred
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Excellent troubleshoot and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle high urgency situations and work on multiple priorities simultaneously
• Positive attitude and open mind
• Process documentation and process improvement experience
