Key Responsibilities:1. Promote LifeWear's orthopaedic products to orthopaedic surgeons, physicians, hospitals, and pharmacies2. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory3. Conduct product demonstrations, in-clinic promotions, and CMEs4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)5. Appoint, manage, and support distributors and retailers in the territory6. Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular market feedback7. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies8. Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales data, and MIS9. Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for promotional initiativesQualifications/Experience Required:- Education: Any Graduate (B.Pharma / Life Sciences preferred)- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Pharma / Surgical / Orthopaedic product sales- Age Limit: Below 34 years- Languages: Local language + working knowledge of EnglishSkills & Competencies:- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Result-oriented with a strong sales drive- Ability to build long-term professional relationships- Good understanding of hospital working and sales processes- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM systems (ref:updazz.com)
