Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Lifestyle Manager to manage and streamline the CEO's personal, household, and day-to-day life responsibilities. This role is designed to bring ease, structure, and reliability to the CEO's personal ecosystem--similar to a concierge-style lifestyle management service--allowing them to focus fully on professional priorities.

The ideal candidate will function as a trusted single point of contact for all personal tasks, vendors, and household coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Personal & Household Management

Manage day-to-day personal errands and tasks

Coordinate household staff (maids, drivers, cooks, security, etc.)

Oversee home maintenance, repairs, AMC renewals, and vendor follow-ups

Manage utility bills, subscriptions, renewals, and personal documentation

Handle personal purchases, gifting, and special arrangements

Calendar & Personal Scheduling

Manage personal calendar including appointments, family commitments, and social events

Schedule medical appointments, wellness services, and follow-ups

Plan and coordinate family events, celebrations, and gatherings

Travel & Experiences

Plan and manage personal and family travel (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)

Coordinate local and international travel logistics

Research and book experiences, dining, and leisure activities

Financial & Admin Support (Personal)

Track personal expenses and coordinate with finance/accounting teams

Manage reimbursements, personal invoices, and paymentsMaintain records of important personal documents and insurance

Vendor & Service Coordination

Act as a liaison with vendors and service providers

Compare options, negotiate, and ensure quality and timely delivery

Handle last-minute requests and urgent personal needs efficiently---Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a Lifestyle Manager, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and coordination skillsHigh level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism

Problem-solver with a "get-things-done" mindset

Comfortable handling both structured and ad-hoc personal tasks

Tech-savvy with calendar, task, and expense management tools---What We're Looking For
