Oversee the integration of software components ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning. Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure software quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Contribute to the improvement of development processes enhancing efficiency and productivity. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to enhance solutions. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. Document technical specifications and project progress for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE with a proven track record of successful projects. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Claims domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Show proficiency in agile methodologies contributing effectively to team collaboration and project delivery. Have strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Display a proactive approach to learning staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
