A reputed hotel in Bengaluru is hiring a Lifeguard - Security to ensure the safety of guests at the swimming pool and surrounding areas. The role involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, responding to emergencies, and supporting overall security and safety standards of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor swimming pool areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
Enforce pool safety rules and regulations politely and firmly.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when required.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool and deck areas.
Inspect pool equipment and report hazards or maintenance issues.
Maintain daily safety logs and incident reports.
Coordinate with security, engineering, and management teams when required.
Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
Certified lifeguard training is preferred.
Knowledge of pool safety procedures and emergency response.
Basic first aid and CPR knowledge is an advantage.
Alert, responsible, and guest-focused attitude.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or swimming facilities is an advantage.
