Key Responsibilities

Monitor swimming pool and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety at all times. Enforce all pool rules, hotel policies, and safety regulations consistently. Respond immediately to any emergency situations, including performing lifesaving measures (CPR, first aid, or rescue techniques). Provide assistance and guidance to guests regarding pool usage, safety, and recreation facilities. Conduct routine checks of pool water quality, temperature, and cleanliness, reporting any issues to engineering or housekeeping. Ensure that poolside furniture, towels, and amenities are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues. Participate in regular training sessions and emergency drills. Promote a friendly, service-oriented atmosphere to enhance the guest experience.
