Job Description
Key Responsibilities:+ Monitor activities in and around the swimming area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers.
+ Enforce all facility rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
+ Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies using life-saving procedures and first aid/CPR techniques.
+ Inspect rescue equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
+ Maintain cleanliness and order of the pool area, including decks, locker rooms, and equipment.
+ Participate in regular training sessions and emergency drills.
+ Provide guidance and assistance to swimmers and patrons, including answering questions and offering safety tips
