At Enphase, we are looking for a passionate Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help nurture and re-target leads channeled through acquisition marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, launching, and measuring targeted email and other push campaigns to help engage, nurture and re-engage B2C leads generated via paid and organic channels from Enphase.com. Increasing through-put of marketing dollars already being spent will be the key focus of the lifecycle marketing manager.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Own the customer journey after initial acquisition (form-fill based lead generation)
• Drive more leads by retargeting and re-engaging not-qualified, not-converted leads
• Utilize a multi-channel approach to drive prospects down the funnel. Focus will be on email marketing
• Hands-on set-up and implementation of campaigns in SFMC and any other tools Enphase could utilize to send emails, push notifications, SMS, etc.
• Write compelling copy and work closely with creative team to develop creatives for campaign assets like emails and messages
• A/B test to optimize the campaigns set up
• Exploring and setting up other channels towards driving efficiencies in the marketing funnel

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate/MBA 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM and email marketing
• Proven experience in using CRM automation tools and building customer journeys
• Data-driven with a highly analytical "test and learn" mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication. Copy-writing skills are a plus
• Ability to collaborate across stakeholders
• High ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision
