Key Responsibilities:

Facilitation & Delivery:

Conduct dynamic workshops, role-playing, art-based activities, and group discussions for students (often middle to high school).

Student Support:

Provide individualized coaching, offer constructive feedback, help students set goals, and work with struggling students.

Environment Management:

Create an inclusive, supportive space, manage group dynamics, maintain discipline, and encourage deep thinking.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Prepare progress reports, participate in parent meetings (SMCs), and work with school staff.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, empathy, listening, and public speaking abilities.

Organizational Skills:

Strong time management, planning, and presentation skills.

Training Acumen:

Ability to manage group processes, provide feedback, motivate participants, and adapt teaching methods.

Subject Knowledge:

Understanding of adolescent development, group dynamics, and core life skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with tools like MS Office for material development.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

life skills training/ teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
