Job Description

Whizara provides K-12 students with engaging courses in coding, robotics, media arts, life skills, and world languages. The Life Skills Curriculum Developer is a key contributor to Whizara's educational mission, responsible for designing, enhancing, and aligning curriculum content with academic standards and institutional goals. This role works closely with instructors, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop impactful learning experiences that nurture students' critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and enhancement of comprehensive life skills curricula that integrate best practices, modern pedagogy, and innovative teaching approaches into engaging lessons, activities, and assessments. Align curricula with relevant educational standards, learning outcomes, and evaluation metrics. Oversee program rollout, track its effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance student achievement. Develop and organize instructional materials, technological tools, and professional development resources for Whizara's teaching staff. Train and mentor instructors on effective teaching techniques, learner engagement, and technology integration. Promote continuous improvement by organizing professional learning sessions, workshops, and webinars. Build and maintain partnerships with industry professionals, academic institutions, and community organizations. Collaborate with partners to offer experiential opportunities such as internships, mentorships, and project-based learning. Design and implement assessment systems to evaluate student learning and program success. Gather and analyze feedback and performance data to refine curriculum strategies and ensure ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with a solid foundation in educational theory and practice. Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional development, or academic leadership. Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Background in educator training, professional development, or workshop facilitation. Commitment to staying informed about emerging trends and innovations in education and life skills learning.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹17,524.74 - ₹67,009.71 per month
