Key Performance Area:

Lead and manage the Manufacturing Division, aligning with company objectives and customer requirements Develop long-term manufacturing strategies to support customers Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency Build and mentor a strong technical and operational team Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes - from raw material preparation, cutting, crimping, and assembly to testing and certification Ensure production targets are met while adhering to ISO 13485, CE, FDA, GMP, and other applicable standards Monitor capacity utilization, resource planning, and on-time delivery performance Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and best practices to minimize waste and optimize workflow Ensure compliance with medical industry certifications and regulatory requirements Drive robust quality systems and maintain traceability documentation Collaborate with QA and design teams to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions Maintain EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards across the division Interface with customers for technical reviews, audits, and program support Support business development by providing manufacturing inputs for RFQs and proposals Represent the division during customer audits, technical meetings, and certification processes Manage divisional budgets, cost control, and resource allocation Support new product introduction (NPI) Identify capital investment needs (equipment, tools, testing rigs) to enhance capabilities
