We are hiring Customer Support Executives with prior experience in the insurance domain for our client, Transcom, at their Pune office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to build a stable career in the customer support field.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in the insurance domain (Mandatory)

Qualification: Any graduate/postgraduate

Note: Distance education/degrees will not be considered

Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)

Strong understanding of customer handling and insurance-related queries

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: Based on interview performance
