Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets.
Manage daily call operations and monitor performance metrics (calls, conversions, leads).
Develop sales strategies and implement effective calling scripts.
Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Handle escalated customer queries or complaints.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with HR and Sales Managers for recruitment and target planning.
